SYMPTOM(s):
Problems creating a Dialog-box without border in Character client or a "modal" window which is always on top.
CAUSE:
Running a dialog box in a character client creates a window with borders, which use a lot of space on screen (including message and status area). This seems unacceptable when using a 20*9 character screen (Wireless Teminal).
FIX:
Possible workaround ia using (overlay or toponly) frames which comes close to this functionality.
