The ODBC and JDBC drivers included in our Progress products is intended to connect third-party tools with our database.
Progress provides a deployment product called "SQL-92 Client Access". This deployment product includes both the JDBC and ODBC components required to deploy a SQL92 client applications. If you'd like to re-distribute these drivers to your clients, then the minimum license needed is "SQL-92 Client Access".
