You have attempted to connect to a database with too many users connected to it. Retry the connection later, or increase -n on the server. (5291)

Appserver remotely connects to the database
CAUSE:
The Database start up parameter -n is set to a lower value than the AppServer Server "Pool Range" setting.
FIX:
Set the Pool Range Appserver Server settings accordingly to the Database's max number of clients setting (-n)
