SYMPTOM(s):
Color 32+ not display for COLOR DISPLAY.
In protermcap the color is defined with a higher number than 31, e.g.:
:COLOR 38 RED/BLU=\E[0;31;44m:\E[0;37;40m:\
The color of the text is not the one that was meant.
The frame itself is displayed properly.
CAUSE:
Bug# 19991228-031
FIX:
The bug is fixed in 9.1A.
