SYMPTOM(s):
Host/Address Error with XML parser when using the LOAD() method:
Error: The host/address '(0}' could not be resolved
Using Progress Xerces parser in it's XML implementation
Accessing the Internet via a Proxy.
CAUSE:
MS-XML must have built in capability to handle the case where there is a proxy. Xerces does not.
FIX:
The Progress Xerces parser does not support accessing the Internet via a Proxy.
