Copy-paste in the editor gives "spill file I/O error vsapi.dll error code -33"
Spill file I/O error [retry][cancel]
CAUSE:
The vsapi.dll file can be corrupt or not registered properly.
FIX:
Use a copy of the file from another Progress installation.
