GOAL:
Can the ubroker.properties file be replaced from Progress/400 V 9.1B to 9.1C?
FIX:
It is NOT a good idea to use an older version ubroker.properties file with a
newer version. The ubroker.properties file from 9.1C should be used and updated it using Progress Explorer. It is much too easy to corrupt this file with manual changes or by transferring process. Comparison of the 9.1B vs 9.1C ubroker.properties files that Progress ships with Progress/400 found to have too many differences. There are 50 or so lines differences for various reasons.
Moving the 9.1B changes forward with Progress Explorer is the only supported way.
