FIX:
In order for a user to connect to the AdminServer using the Progress
Explorer tool:
a) They must have an entry in the local user table or have an entry in the Domain user table which the Server is connected to. There are no specific rights or permissions required.
b) The group the user is part of must have the: 'Access This Computer
from the Network' User Right enabled.
The User Right can be accessed from the Administrative tools >
Local Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment.
