SYMPTOM(s):
PSDN License Addendum Shows Incomplete Serial Number
CAUSE:
On the PSDN License Addendum, the serial number is shown as a 7 digit number, instead of a 9 digit number with preceding zeros. The installation utility requires that the serial number be entered with the preceding zeros.
FIX:
Precede the 7 digit serial number supplied on the License Addendum with 2 zeros.
