FIX:
Progress WebSpeed Transaction Server comes with 5, 25, 50 and 250 agent licenses. The WebSpeed Transaction Server basic license does not include name server load Balancer component and can only have a 5 or 25 users count license. "WebSpeed ENTERPRISE transaction server" supports 50 or 250 users and it includes NameServer Load Balancer component.
If you need to upgrade from 25 users to 50 or 250 users you will get a new serial number for the WebSpeed ENTERPRISE transaction server license. This will require you to install it as a separate product on the existing installation rather then the normal process to update your license count.
