Error 6868 while doing a conv89
CHANGE:
Migrating from Progress 8.3D to 9.1D using conv89
CAUSE:
This could be due to an invalid entry contained in the _File system table, but the exact cause is unknown at the moment.
FIX:
Instead of using conv89, dump the V8 database and then load into a V9 database.
