INSTALLATION WRITE PRIVATE PROFILE ERROR (539)
Unable to write to the Progress MS-Windows initialization file. (<path>\progress.ini)
When starting up Progress:
CopyAndTailorProgressIni:"Startup:DLC" GetProfString failed.
When starting up Progress:
CopyFileData: CopyAndTailorProgressIni failed
Installing Progress on a mapped drive.
CAUSE:
The installation utility has permission problems writing to the progress.ini file after the installation.
FIX:
Verify that the user which is installing Progress has the appropriate rights both on the local machine as well as on the mapped drive.
