How to import C-ISAM files into Progress

FIX:
Progress does not support the C-ISAM gateway anymore. So the only way to do the import of C-ISAM is to get a dump in text format and an import it from the Progress Data Administration or do a program that uses the command IMPORT. In both cases you need to create a table with its definitions in the Progress Data Dictionary.
