7.3D 4gl development does not install RUNDOS.exe
After installing 7.3D 4gl Development and you try to shell out to dos
the screen will bounce you back to the editor saying procedure
complete. Press space bar to continue.
This is due to the install not installing the file rundos.exe which is
needed to shell out from character mode.
This is currently reported and should be addressed in the next patch.
