SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot use VISIBLE attribute on popup menu elements
**VISIBLE is not a settable attribute for popup-menu. (4052)
CAUSE:
A Window's Menu Bar cannot be hidden using the Progress 4GL HIDE Statement nor through its HIDDEN and VISIBLE attributes because they are not settable.
FIX:
Use the DISABLED attribute to grey out a menu element
