SYMPTOM(s):
Error 819 during proutil truncate bi
SYSTEM ERROR: Error in undo of record delete (819)
CAUSE:
The database cannot finish the crash recovery operation.
FIX:
Restore the last valid backup of the database and apply the after image files to bring the database updated to the last position.
Alternatively, the proutil -C truncate bi with -F option may be used to extract the data but this command will compromise the integrity of the database.
