SYMPTOM(s):
There is enough process space to execute another process.
The tables needed to do conversion for the database were not found in <file-name>. (1564)
The code page of database <db-name> is <code-page> and -cpinternal is <code-page>. (4677)
Code page conversion table for <table-name> to <table-name> was not found in <file-name>. (6063)
CAUSE:
This error occurs if you are trying to connect to a database that is under a shut down process (a conflict).
FIX:
Make sure that the commands entered are not in conflict at the operating system level.
