Only one program in the whole application gives this problem.
CHANGE:
Migrated ADM application from 8.0A to 8.3E.
FIX:
This error uses to happen when importing an application from version 8.0 to 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3 if you haven't saved the files in the UIB.
Open this file which gives the error in the UIB for 8.3 version and save it.
