FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
RTB. When an object has been added it's not possible anymore to change the subtype
CAUSE:
An invalid added subtype. You would think that you can remove the object copmpletely from RTB and add it again. But ... an object that has already been added to the workspace cannot be removed anymore.
When it's removed with "Delete Object Assignment", it's not possible to add it again using the same name.
FIX:
The workaround given in the manual says : use an alias
