RTB. Wrong default schema update directory when doing New Deployment
When they create a new deployment, the schema update record isn't defaulting to the correct directory
CAUSE:
This happens when the last (previous) deployment was done without specifying any directory at all
FIX:
Always specify a target directory to avoid this problem.
