The error is encountered when connecting to AS/400 database using Client/Access from a Windows 95 machine with NS Router
CAUSE:
Client is 16-bit. Client Access's 16 bits feature not enabled. When working with a 16 bit product, the Client Access feature should be enabled to allow 16 bits applications using Client Access.
