SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot create a task in a workspace
Cannot create a task in workspace 'x', as 'x' is not owned by this site.
CAUSE:
Because RTB checks on the first 3 characters of the name of the workspace and the site number, you cannot create a task when these numbers are not the same.
FIX:
Renamed the workspaces.
