GPF when compiling VBX and AllowDesignMode = no
When compiling procedures that contain VBX's and
AllowDesignMode=no in the PROGRESS.INI file then
you may get GPF's.
You need to have AllowDesignMode=yes or
AllowDesignMode=no commented out (this is the default)
in order to compile procedures with VBX's.
