The time stamp in the database does not match the time stamp in the -cache file: <filename>. (840)

CHANGE:
Error generated after an idxbuild
CAUSE:
This feature was implemented on 9.1C in order to avoid compatibility problems with old cache file and newly activated indexes.
FIX:
After an idxbuild operation it is necessary to rebuild the cache file.
