CAUSE:
Bug# 20020916-020
CAUSE:
This is a Repository issue with regards to launching multiple instances of containers. Fixed it for the Container Builder by clearing the cache before the Container Builder is launched.
FIX:
Fixed in Dynamics 2.0A
