SYMPTOM(s):
"Write to config" in Session and Service type editing should default to true
CAUSE:
In Dynamics 2.1A we no longer have to write data to the config file at all as the configuration information is retrieved after the services have been started.
FIX:
Migrate to Dynamics 2.1A
