Setup cannot continue becasue of error 80040020
The InstallShield Engine (IKernel.exe) could not be installed.
IKernel.exe could not be copied to 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine\6\Intell 32'.
Make sure that you have the appropriate privileges to copy files to this folder. (0x20)
CAUSE:
InstallShield is unable to upgrade the install engine due to the permission problem or anti virus software preventing the engine upgrade.
FIX:
Make sure that the 'Administrator' account is used when performing the InstallShield engine upgrade and that anti virus software is disabled.
