GOAL:
Is it possible for a WebSpeed agent to access a SHARE-LOCK within the application, yet still remain AVAILABLE?
GOAL:
How is the status of agent related to access of lock?
FIX:
The status of an agent is determined if the agent is busy doing work or not. For example, running a report, updating a record, creating/deleting a record can produce a BUSY AGENT. If the agent is not handling nor processing a request, then it will be AVAILABLE for use.
However, if an agent is simply accessing a record in SHARE-LOCK, it can be BUSY if a persistent procedure is being run.
