SYMPTOM(s):
I18N characters are messed up within the AppBuilder
International characters are lost when opening code within the AppBuilder
Code can be opened without problems
CHANGE:
Default system locale has changed within the Windows
CAUSE:
Currently used fonts do not contain I18N characters presented in a 4GL code
FIX:
Set default system locale to be same as a language you're using in 4GL code
