SYMPTOM(s):
Installation fails
The installation utility has detected that <filename> file is corrupted Call Progress Technical support
The installation utility has detected that c:\program files\progress\probuild\4GL\iolyr.wc.lib is corrupted Call Progress Technical support
Restarted installation.
Installation is initiated from PC anywhere.
CAUSE:
Failed previous attempt of installation left folders on selected drive.
FIX:
Perform the following:
1. Manually remove the Progress installation directory
2. Reboot the machine
3. Shutdown anti-virus and all running processes in the background
4. Initiated installation
