FIX:
The Personal Database license does not support remote clients as a server but it does have client networking capabilities as a client. Therefore it is possible to connect to a physically remote database (as a client) with this license.
In 8.x and 9.x, the Personal Database license allows a maximum of 5 local connections to the personal database at any one time.
