Unable to attach shared memory <shmname>, error <n>. (1720)
CAUSE:
Progress is hitting one of the shared-memory related limits in the UNIX kernel
FIX:
The maximum number of shared-memory identifiers allowed for a user process must be increased in the UNIX kernel.
