FACT(s) (Environment):
Fathom
SYMPTOM(s):
Error 503 Service unavailable on anything they try to do in Fathom.
Error 503 Service unavailable when trying to run a report.
CAUSE:
Script updates were being made and AppServer was being bounced many times for testing purposes, connection became hung.
FIX:
Stopping and starting Fathom on the command line resolves the problem.
