Performance decreased over the past several weeks.
CHANGE:
Upgraded OS from HP-UX 10.x to HP-UX 11.0
CAUSE:
Had set HP-UX buffer cache at a very high level, which means less OS memory for Progress to use.
FIX:
Adjust the HP-UX OS buffer cache to a lower setting.
