SYMPTOM(s):
Error connecting to Progress database with Webspeed
There is no server for database <>. (1423).
The shared memory is version <num>; expected <num> (1178)
CHANGE:
Upgraded database to a higher version than Webspeed broker
CAUSE:
The shared memory version is no longer the same. Cannot connect via shared memory (direct).
FIX:
Setup the webspeed broker to connect as a remote client to the database via TCP (-H -S -N).
