Loading very large incremental .df file where the object with the same name (table or primary index) is dropped and recreated on AS/400.

CAUSE:
The problem is related to the way we generate the object name for indexes and was addressed as a bug in the client part of the Progress/400 DataServer product.
CAUSE:
BUG# 20020207-034
FIX:
The bug is fixed in Progress 9.1D The client software should be upgraded.
