unable to start icf environment the configuration file manager returned the following errors: ICFSTARTUPPER:STARTUP PROCEDURE ICFOBJ|<SomeObject> returned error couldn't find physical name for logical object <SomeObject>
CHANGE:
Installed 9.1D Service Pack 1
CAUSE:
The ICFCONFIG.XML file had a space after that <SomeObject> object name
FIX:
Remove the space from the <SomeObject> object name in the ICFCONFIG.XML file
