Are JPEG images rezisable within an image Widget?

FIX:
JPEG images are resizable correctly however is the widget that contain the image is smaller than the image itself, the full image is not resized at RUN-TIME.
You should have to make the image container bigger than the image itself in way to resize it at RUN-TIME, otherwise only a portion of the image is displayed.
