Dynamics: European format (-E) prevents save of dynamic object properties.
In the container builder the properties can be changed via the Dynamic Property sheet, but the changes cannot be saved.
Also, the dynamic property sheet does not display the name of the object.
The dynamic property sheet works with default American number format.
