Note - When upgrading to 8.0B; you need to recreate your schemaholder
by creating a new empty progress database using 8.0B and then
loading a copy of definations (.df) dumped from version 7.3x
schemaholder OR doing a "schemapull". The steps to do a
"schemapull" in Windows are:
(Data Admin->Dataservers->Oracle utilities->Add/Update table
definations).
CISAM dataserver support is in 8.0B.
