Changes to source files are not being seen in the AppBuilder when the programs are run
CHANGE:
Several pieces of software were removed from the machine and other pieces of software were installed
CAUSE:
The software removals and/or installations changed something at the operating system level
FIX:
Use Microsoft's Windows Update utility to apply all of the available updates to the machine
