The symptom occurs when doing NO-LOCK reads from the AS/400 database
FIX:
The problem can be remedied by a PTF (Program Temporary Fix) available from IBM.
For AS/400 operating under V3R1, order PTF MF13521.
If the AS/400 is operating under V3R2, order PTF MF13466.
