The Dynamics Configuration utility does not tailor the icfconfig.xml file
The Dynamics Configuration utility does not match parameters for the database connection entered instead it uses defaults of -H localhost
CAUSE:
This is Expected behaviour.
FIX:
This is the current default behavior.
