GOAL:
If there is a patch coming where we have to run the DCU how can we let the install program know that the databases are on another
machine using -H -S -N.

FIX:
The DCU will be ammended to allow the user to point to the remote database as in version 2 where an existing icfdb may be migrated to v2 via the DCU, if the icfdb is on a remote machine then it is possible to point to it from the DCU
