SYMPTOM(s):
Install CD will not autostart
Attempt to review contents of via Windows Explorer CD generates errors.
Windows displays error "disk is not formatted"
CD will install on other workstations.
Progress electronic documentation Cd is viewable from this machine.
CHANGE:
PC is a brand new
CAUSE:
Problem with CD-ROM Drive.
FIX:
Map a drive to a workstation that could read the cd. Run the progress installation from the mapped drive onto the machine.
