CHANGE:
Moved a character based application to graphical based (CHAR to GUI).
CAUSE:
A field(s) used in the form has the "view-as radio" property set in the database.
FIX:
Modify the database field using the Data Dictionary or use VIEW-AS TEXT in the FORM statement.
