3 agents configured at initial startup
Agent connects to database at startup
License addendum (Green Sheet) lists user count as 1 for workshop license.
CAUSE:
The configured initial agents to start exceeds the licensed agents
User must follow information displayed within licensed addendum, as this dictates how many users, in this case, agents are available for use.
FIX:
Start 1 agent at initial startup and always follow the user count listed in licensed addendum.
