The file looked for is a FIND trigger for this table
CAUSE:
the trigger needs to be specified on the machine where the oibroker resides
FIX:
start the oibroker with the -trig option (directly or with startup-pf), like:
%DLC%\BIN\OIBRKR32,EXE -SV -S .. -H .. -N .. -trig (full path)
