SYMPTOM(s):
Can't load ICFDB schema on remote machine using DCU.
The following service could not be registered because of the following errors:(MSG_register_service).
CAUSE:
The remote machine only had a local database license, not the Workgroup or Enterprise database license.
FIX:
A Workgroup or Enterprise database license must be used on the remote machine.
