-ininame must be in command line, is ignored in .pf file
You can only use -ininame in a command line. If you put
-ininame in a .pf file, it is ignored.
This is documented in the 8.0B and later System Admin Reference.
The reason for this is that Progress needs information from
the .ini file immediately during startup. By the time the
.pf file is processed, it is too late to provide the .ini
information needed for startup.
